Version 2.01k vs current

Hello,

What are the differences between 2.01k and the current version of the software?

Can the headsets be upgraded-- if so, at what cost?

Are there any meaningful differences in the hardware?

Sincerely,

Paul

Last Item on FAQ... http://www.customrebreathers.com/faq.html

~$100 for s/w upgrade + shipping providing you have Jaksa solenoid, major change is addition of ASP, that and more you can read about here... http://www.customrebreathers.com/APE..._5%20rev_A.pdf

Hardware wise, the major change was computer\bainbox was modified w/ resealable potting compound and some other stuff I forget. Retrofitting hw is not advised as it would be fairly costly.

IMHO the adaptive injection algorithm alone would be worth the $100 to upgrade to 2.06. My understanding is the new algorithm passed the CE tests (see ISC Information) whereas the prior could not being a fixed injection per time period unrelated to PO2 divergence. The other stuff is nice to have, but not as critical.

Re: Version 2.01k vs current

i agree it is worth upgrading for the adaptive injection. The more i use asp the more i like it, so this is also a nice feature to have.
