Removing Tpiece adaptor from Counterlung

HI All
ISC sent me over a new counterlung the other day, one of mine is well trashed.

Anyway does anyone have any tricks to removing the Tpiece attachment from the counterlung ? Not sure what is going to work to get to the two little pin holes.

Hey Chriso,

I had to make a special tool to remove one of mine.....It's a real challenge beleive me ......they are real tight and then siliconed in.

Let me know if you're stuck and I can either remove it for you or ship the tool over.
