Meg Lithium Battery

Hello all

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Meg lithium battery pack available from Custom Divers Rebreather Lift Bar Front View? Is it ok to use? Any comments from those who tried or haven't tried?

Why does HAZMAT regulations no longer exempt small shipments of lithium batteries? (ref: ISC FAQ on batteries dated 08 April 2005).

Thanks and have a good weekend!

Hi Keng.
I renewed my original battery packs with the CD batteries last July-but I can't tell you much about longevity etc as my Meg got burnt out when my house caught fire in September!
However,I will be replacing the batteries in my new Meg with them when it's time.
Cheers Clive

Thumbs up Re: Meg Lithium Battery

I've had a pair of the CD Batteries in my Meg for about a YEAR now and did some long mixed gas dives in that time. It's almost worrying me how the're still going! Am very pleased with them.
