O2ptima FX info and photos...

The FX models are starting to ship and I've made a variety of updates, corrections and minor edits to the information on the Dive Rite Express O2ptima page to account for as shipped reality vs. the DEMA Dive Rite press release. Most notably, my sister has worked some very long days with the camera and we have published two very detailed photo galleries. One gallery illustrates an initial build up (less the harness and wing) and other gallery is various detail photos. Here is the link....

Dive Rite O2ptima FX (aka Optima) Rebreather

The links to her O2ptima photography galleries are also on that page. Lisa now has over 75 hours on her O2ptima FX prototype. She was trained by me on the prototype O2ptima FX using the prototype OW CCR course, and later took the full CCR diver course from Tom Mount... plus she has been the victim, er student, for the instructor candidates in some of Tom's Trimix CCR instructor courses. Lisa has listened to so many lectures and been made to perform so many drills and skills that she has become an accomplished and knowledgable O2ptima CCR diver in just 6 months (although she was an SCR diver previously). If you can't tell, I'm very proud of her.
