HELLO ALL:

I'm Arturo Mendoza, I just started to be in Rebrether World

I'm mexican, Industrial Engineer, almost ready to retire from it.
I'm a 3 star SCUBA Diving Instructor, from FMAS - CMAS and right now I'm doing the job of being the Director of FMAS (Mexican Underwater Activities Federation), with great pleasure although it is a hard job.
Right now we are renewing or doing 18 manuals and they are divided in three comissions (Sports SCABA Diving, Cave Diving and Technical Diving), all of them in spanish.
If anyone of you would like to review them, please contact me and we will find a way to do it together.
Up to now I have not done rebreathers, but I intent to do it next summer.
