Calculating CO2 production

I was thinking of trying to calculate my CO2 production and I am running into the Imperial/metric roadblock. One way to calcuate CO2 production I assume is to multiply my O2 consumption by .9. The Inspiration Classic scrubber is rated using a rate of 1.6 litres CO2 production per min, I am using a 3 litre O2 bottle (ok I know it holds more than 3 litres of O2, its called a 3 litre bottle because it can hold 3 litres of water volume). So assuming during a 1 hour dive I use say 400 imperial lbs of oxygen. How the heck do I figure how many litres of O2 I used. Or how do I figure out how much CO2 I produced?

Ok I know this will be flawed, esp if I try to figure CO2 production from only one dive, but I plain on gatering alot of data over many like dives to try to figure out an average CO2 production.

(400 psi) / (15 psi/bar) =~ 27 bar.

(27 bar)(3L) = 81 free L of O2 used during your 60-min dive.

(81)(0.9) =~ 73 free L of CO2 (per your formula)

(73) / (60) =~ 1.22 free L of CO2/min

Re: Calculating CO2 production

Notice you'll be calculating in the extra O2 wasted when you do a ~20 ft flush of O2 so your method will be on the cautious side , which is where I would keep it
