![]() | Diluent Flush & O2 autoinject When doing a diluent flush at depth, for whatever reason, lets say to check the sensors for sanity - how do you keep the O2 from autoinjecting and screwing the whole thing up? I know there is about 6 seconds between injection cycles, but it may take you more than 6 seconds to perform the whole operation and get a reading, by that time the sensors have noticed a drop in PO2 below the setpoint (1.3) and have begun to squirt O2 back in. Do you switch to the low setpoint? Wouldn't that set off the alarms? |

| Moderator ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Diluent Flush & O2 autoinject Select a lower setpoint, flush, then manaully add back O2 to the range that you want and change the setpoint again, or just change back the setpoint and allow the unit to get you back there. |
