![]() | Storing an inspiration. All, I have just brought myself a second hand inspiration. My course isn't booked 'til after Easter so just wanted to check where people store their units? I see from the maunal that it should be stored in 5-15 degrees, which is quite a bit warmer than my diveshed is at the mo. So, should I keep the thing indoors or will it be OK in the diveshed? I hear frost might do nasty chemical things to the sensors and the weave of the fabrics. There again I've had to thaw mine out to dive it once and everything seemed to work ok.Anyhow... Get your priorities sorted. Keep it in your centerally heated bedroom and you can sleep in the shed.

You could remove the sensors and place them in a sealed container in the fridge. Freezing them probably isn't good for them though. To be honest if it were me and the sensors weren't brand new I'd buy a new set immediately prior to doing the course anyway.
