I use a 6cf for suit inflation. I'm 6'6" and my suit may require more than yours, but it lasts me a weekend of recreational dives. On deep dives, (200+) a 6cf lasts 2 dives. It's not in the way, and I do find that Argon helps a great deal in cold water.
