Hello from Greece,

My name is Argyris, I live in Athens and I have been diving since the early '90s.

My personal story with rebreathers starts back in 1997 when I had the privilege to be introduced to rebreathers by the late Robert Palmer (my friend and Instructor). During this time TDI Europe was developing the training program for SCR Draeger Atlantis. Although I was certified by Robert, I did not continue with this rebreather considering that this kind of apparatus needed a lot of development.

After 11 years since my first experience and after spending at least 3 years of careful observation of the developments in the field, I decided to step-in again in Semi Closed rebreathers.

Last weekend I finished a workshop in Czech Republic with the SATORI DIVING team in lake Hermanice and today I flew back to Greece with my own system.

Testování rebreatheru SATORI probíhalo na Heřmanicích

My first impressions of the system are solid construction and value for money. As soon as I configure and personalize the unit I will return for a review of this in the near future.

Best regards and safe diving,
Argyris
