![]() | At last Hello everyone I feel a bit of a fraud but after the best part of 2 years planning and reading I got my kiss ccr qualification yesterday. A long week at Stoney cove [due to bad sea conditions] but actually a good place to realise the difference between O/C and CCR: My analogy is that if you play cricket for England you can play football for England; Why not, they are both played on grass and involve a ball..... Can't praise my instructor enough: Danny Wrightof Wrightdiving and known to too many members as a chamber supervisor. How he put up with me is a mystery and the fact he went out to do his instructor crossover so he could train me speaks volumes about his commitment to kiss training. If there any uk ccr divers out there who can cope with a buddy who will dive through the winter in quarries but who is only just qualified and has no illusions about his abilities [ie no use to anyone competent ] get in touch as I am aiming for 50 hours before I hit the sea next summer. Regards to all. Mark
