...my name is Tibby Petrescu and I'm an OC Tx diver

from Salt Lake City, UT and a CCR diver wannabe. So far, I'm really atracted by the Optima but I'm seeing all kinds of exciting stuff out there like the REVO. Can anyone tell me where I could get a first-hand demo of different CCRs before I spend $10k or so? Is there such thing as a "experience CCR class"?

Hi Tibby, welcome to Rebreather World.

Advanced Diver Magazine.com/ has been organizing several Rebreather Intros over last few years, and some instructor/dealers have done that, too. You'll find some feedback when searching for "intros" or "tryout"/"trydive", take not who organized them. Usually there's a post announcing them, too.
