Full Face Mask with a CCR

Does anyone know of a practical FFM for use with CCRs? Nothing I can find is very nice. I would like something that you do not have to keep a mouthpiece in your mouth, and is usable with OTS Comm systems, and not something floppy like the Kirby Morgan M-48.

Contact Ron Micjan on this board. He dives a draeger FFM.

The Draeger Panorama Nova FFM (CCR Version) still has an internal mouthpiece, not what the OP was after.

OTS builds comms for most if not all FFMs, including the ones below.

Most common ones are the K-M M-48, Dräger Panorama R (for rebrebreather, it has an internal bite piece) or a converted Interspiro AGA (converion kits from Divematics for example). You'll also find Scubapro FFM in use with RBs, as well as others.

and advantage of a bite-piece in a FFM is ... that you don't have to bite on it, it is just there, on the right place, and your lips are around it..

have a panorama R, works perfect, just when you add a OC (TX100) reg on the side, you have to block the OC exhaust, if not you will loose gass very quickly by accidentally nose-venting, and you can't put some overpressure in your mask if you want to

Or will the one i have for my Meg have some kind of adapter that will fit the

Rich,
Golem BOVs are already compatible with KISS. We have quite few people using it.
We provide our own attachment nuts - See Threaded Trapezoid version (Rebreather BOV - DSV/OC - Threaded).

Jonny,

You do not have to buy the whole new BOV if you already have one of ours. You can just get the body. Then put the innards and 2nd stage from your current one in it. We figured that is the most cost effective solution for existing users.
