Lest we forget. Much like some other three word sentences we use to express ourselves.
" We need not cry always for a loved one lost, but every so often remember them and at those times know we are richer for their walk among us."

Two years later and I still set aside a few hours to remember a good friend. I found a very good bottle of Italian Red "Velletri" Terre Dei Volsci. I'm sure she would have enjoyed it, though she would have opped for a French.
There are other friends I've lost over the years but this is how I choose to remember Penny.

I never have met Penny but from what you have told me about her, she sounded like quite the lady. The other half of the bottle is for Penny.
