Hi there, i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i have had with my Sentinel Expediiton? I was prepping it for a dive back in February and had to change the batteries in the HP sender units which i duly did. I then turned on the O2 and all was fine, however when i turned on the Diluent (air) the HP sender unit exploded and punctured my right forearm! I don't believe i have done anything wrong during my meticulous preparation but wondered if anyone else had come across such a problem?
