APECS Checklist

Does anybody have the latest copy of a the APECS 2 Checklist?
I have copies of (Rev9, 04/29/2005), but in the class, Leon had (Rev10 7 June 2006)

I'd like to take the "latest and greatest" with me this weekend to dive the Oriskany in Pensacola.

Seas predicted building to 5-8 on Saturday...

Keeps me out of the water, but you NE guys probably shrug that stuff off...
