| Who loves ya, baby ![]() ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Hi Al, from what I understand you can either have APECS II package (setpoint controller - 2 handsets, HUD optional) or Bruce Partridge's Shearwater package (setpoint controller and deco calculation - one handset and HUD).

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | As of 2 weeks ago, no date has been set for the release of APECS 3.0. It sounds great but I wouldn’t hold off ordering a Meg waiting for it. Hope this helps

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Not to bad at all Phi. I particularly like the build quality and the ruggedness. I think the Meg is ahead of the current crop in these 2 areas and it was these points coupled with the scrubber duration with the Cis (or upcoming ISC radial) scrubber that led me down this path. It is a wanky term but I needed an ‘expedition’ rebreather and the Meg has more ticks in the right boxes for what is important to me. West Australia is a wild place
