problem with my new meg

this post because I realize that my previous messages have been read maybe with another sense than I wanted.
I want to be sure things are clear.
I have to say that I was provided (and it is still the case) by ISC, Dennis Vessey and Aldo ferrucci the best support that could be expected, and they are making their best to avoid me more expenses.

Both of those persons are making everything possible to help me to follow my course in good conditions, and kindly reply to the tons of emails I send

The initial problem (magnetic reed switch) was fixed in less than one week, and the broken parts of my lid are the result of the bad care during shipping.
BTW, ISC is trying everything to make the postal service pay the bill... I am sure in that case most of other manufacturers would tell me just to call the postal service.


So Thank you Leon, Aldo and Dennis for your help...I am excited to jump in the water with my meg in a couple of days.
