Megadolon cave course in Mexico

yo all

We are in the middle of some CCR Megadolon cave courses here in Mexico and shot that photo here yesterday with four CCR Megadolon cave divers and three who are in the process becoming CCR Megadolon cave divers in the photo. Thought you might enjoy it.

Out of the seven Megs here in the moment and in this picture are 5 with Apeks electronics, one Shearwater and one Copis. We came to it as well that this picture contains about 2 % of the total Megadolon production ever made ... mas o menos ...

greetings from Mexico
Matt

Hey, I think I recognize a few of the folks in that pic...

Dave and I finished the course and today we did a 1200foot run back into Sistema Atkun Ha to see the Room of Tears as well as a couple other sweet looking rooms and tunnels that were fabulously decorated. Im a thinking that cave diving may be addictive...
Mike finished as well, but his knees were hurting and he sat this one out.

Hey Ron,

Congrats! Once you get hooked on the caves, you may never look back!

Regards,
Randy

That picture looks like an album cover for a punk rock band "Matt and the Megalodons"

That's good stuff.

So Patti, I think I read you didn't get a chance to finish your cave class.

The time frame did not work out for Aaron, myself or Paul. Had some other problems that effected the time frame for all od us to complete, so the next best thing is to come back and complete the class at another time. My mini meg scrubber duration was another issue for the cave class, with 1/3 rule. Need a radial scrubber ...... I think i need to talk with Ken Having a great time in Playa. We did some Ocean diving and got to see lots of BULL SHARKS. What a blast, on the last dive there were 2 large Bull Sharks and about 5 reef sharks checking us out for about an hour of our dive. too cool

What duration were you planning for the axial scrubber under the warm Mexican cave condition ?

Just interest since I am debating about bringing the Mini-Meg to a week-long trip in warm water.

And FYI, Golem just started to make the Mini-Meg radial. So it might be available soon, check with Jakub (lof on RBW).
