| Re: seacure mouthpiece? size does not really matter , it is how you heat it. I had no problems with leakage on any of my DSVs or BOvs.J. |

| Re: seacure mouthpiece? I use a number II high flow. But that being said i do believe heating any size correctly will result in an okay fit. I have found that the sea cure is hard and DOES NOT make a great seal on the hard DSV plastic, and will allow a little water ingress. This is not the end of the world with OTS but can be a problem with some back mounted counterlungs on units with small water traps. So i put a bead of silicon sealant down before attaching the sea cure. Here is my process:
