who is the best instructor for the MEG in South Florida?

Example:
I live in SoFL as well and respect Tom beyond respect, but have heard good things about Ron Benson (from Minneapolis), so decided to take a class with him in Cave Country and had an absolutly wonderful time with an awesome instructor.

Point is:
Don't limit yourself to a certain area, there are a lot of great people out there, and hey, it's a good excuse to take a trip.

Ron did my Kiss course in MN, and I thought he was awesome... He has a really broad Rebreather experience base. Lake Wazee in Nov wasn't, but that is another story for another day.

I know he did some classes in Pompano last year, too.

can these classes be spread out over week ends or do I need to take time off from work? I can do that without a problem but my company will come apart if I disapear for a week....

I was thinking training close to home so I can stick to week ends....

PM him or the instructor your looking at , they will have the schedule and can make the arrangements for your class. look for (deep thought )

Ron Benson would be considered one of the hardest working Rebreather instructors in the industry, He has done more for the RB industry in the Midwest then anyone and took a gamble early on at making rbs work, while others hesitated to invest Looks like it paid Off.

LOL I don't think some of you get it. This guy, and myself as well, live in sunny south Florida where the water temp never gets much below 70 degrees even in the dead of winter and you're suggesting we go to Minnesota to do our training? You're joking right? I was born and raised in the Twin Cities and moved away once I wised up and I'm not going back to do my training in some ice cold lake when I have a beautiful, warm, clear ocean just down the road. BTW it was 80 degrees out today and the current water temp is 73.

No, I think he wanted to say that Ron also goes to Florida to train people as well - which he just did in Nov/Dec.
