Re: Which Option would you order?

Is there any reason they are going to DS4's? Mine came w/ Scubapro's I have all Apex's and am used to working on them (That being said, I have yet to pull apart a Scubapro Mk2). Is there a reason for the DS4 over MK2? I ask becuase I have extra DS4's I could easily use to replace the MK2's if there's a reason to do so.

Thanks guys, as always!

As for the question - my two cents - I hot the neoprene CL's and love 'em. Got the Meg Complete, and just don't use the backplate, harness, or tanks, but have made good use of the tank valves for sidemounting bailout. I use faber 20's along with OMS valves (lower profile). Axial Scrubber, Apecs 2 Elecs (which I like - you can then replace your computer as algo's change), and I can't remember any more of teh questions, sorry!

I am guessng it is because the COPIS meg requires a reg that is easily adjustable and the DS4 fits that bill much better. I can't think of any benefit for the DS4 insofar as eCCR meg is concerned but it is easier to just use one brand for all units.

Re: Which Option would you order?

another advantage is the apeks regs have outlets that face up, rather than radially around the reg body, (scubapro) this aleviates the need for a swivel to keep the hoses facing up. ISC is having apeks build a version of the DS4 specifically for ISC that has fittings straight up, a knurled cap (for easy adjustment of IP on copis), and they are coming from the factory O2 cleaned and compatable. good idea on the bar gauges Joe.
