It's not enough that the customer contacts the manufacturer in one of the ways provided by the manufacturer, they have to kiss ass too? If you don't want to respond by email, don't provide an email address.With that said, my experience with ISC has been positive. When I have called, responses have been prompt and courteous. I've had a few longer-than-expected conversations with Steve, but I've always walked away with an answer to my question. Email response time seems to have improved recently. |

I'm fortunate enough to live a couple of miles from the Meg Hatchery and have attended the diadatics and pool for one of the prototype Copis classes there as part of my CK checkout (don't ask). I had an oppurtunity to spend some time with Leon and Steve and the rest of the crew. Pretty impressive. They built a product from scratch to world renown in a short amount of time and are facing the inevitable challange of growing a global company in a finite market. Internet skills need improvement? Yes, but they are working on it while developing new products. Can certainly understand the issue of high international phone rates. I recommend exploring voip, Skype or the provider of your choice.
