No reply on several email attempts... A week of calling to catch Leon on the phone... More than a month after order is confirmed and still no bank information sent so I could PAY for my order... Needless to say, I have lost interest.

Got a little pi**ed, so already spent/allocated the money for:
  • Shearwater controller/deco/HUD for Inspiration Classic
  • Newly-introduced smaller Silent-Submersion scooter
but I will be in the US in Nov/Dec and could save money on shipping... so will have to think about it, but still not 100% convinced on the support since I have had bad experiences in the past with some no-reply Rebreather-suppliers...

So why have email advertise it and not reply to people, as was my case, as I'm sure you all know, lengthy international phone calls cost a lot of money.
Really pisses me of when people just ignore your email, and thats the one and only reason I never bought a Meg!

No one can say this is the best decision but I can tell you that there are far worse ones you can make. It's like deciding between a Wright or a Curtis plane back in 1910. We all wish the business and technology was more down the timeline but realize that it is up to us to shape the future. Your not buying a homebuilt, Leon and company have been around a few years and plan to be for at least a few more. The question you have to ask is what BS am I willing to deal with and go from there. Several people have expressed that if someone cannot conduct business via email, "I'm not doing business with them". Fair enough.

The service and training I've had from ISC has been exceptional. They have a great crew and have always gone above and beyond...and my Meg was even purchased second hand.
