I was planning to call tonight.![]() Like you, I used to have 12-hour+ difference and that s*cks since no one will answer the phone in the evening or past mid-night. So I would have to stay up late (or past mid-night) to catch them. I am sure you had to do the same at times... ![]() No reply on several email attempts... A week of calling to catch Leon on the phone... More than a month after order is confirmed and still no bank information sent so I could PAY for my order... Needless to say, I have lost interest.

so will have to think about it, but still not 100% convinced on the support since I have had bad experiences in the past with some no-reply Rebreather-suppliers... ![]()

Really pisses me of when people just ignore your email, and thats the one and only reason I never bought a Meg! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: InnerSpace Customer Service In my experience, ISC are great at rectifying any issue that pops up and the norm is that a breakage is fixed FOC. They believe in their product and stand behind it and seem to take a failure as a personal slight. This means legions to me. It is also my experience with Jetsam. I wish it were universally the case.Last edited by cys : 17th October 2006 at 21:40. Reason: sp |

| Earning the green stuff.. Current Rebreather/s: | Re: InnerSpace Customer Service I'm Sold! Thanks again. No one can say this is the best decision but I can tell you that there are far worse ones you can make. It's like deciding between a Wright or a Curtis plane back in 1910. We all wish the business and technology was more down the timeline but realize that it is up to us to shape the future. Your not buying a homebuilt, Leon and company have been around a few years and plan to be for at least a few more. The question you have to ask is what BS am I willing to deal with and go from there. Several people have expressed that if someone cannot conduct business via email, "I'm not doing business with them". Fair enough.
