Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Meg Scrubber Cover Quote: (Originally Posted by RonMicjan) nifty idea john, is there a pinhole to allow pressure changes to not lock the plate down, or is there not a sufficient seal for that to be a problem? Hi Ron,cheers! There's no need for a pinhole as the seal is made using a thin layer of foam, very much doubt it'd seal that tight to cause a vaccuum with any pressure changes. Neil

Bringing some of Meg scrubber covers with you?????? i would love to. but i cant afford to with regards to putting a small hole in the covers......it is not happening! i've just destroyed all my tooling trying to get a really small hole it them so im putting a small cut in the seal, this will also stop any water ingress that might have come in through the hole in the top. i hope this is fine with every one john

How about a counter-part piece...a "bucket" that fits over the inner parts of the head for travel? I always get a bit nervous when the TSA and customs guys go rummaging through my carry-on bag full of regs, lights and head. t |
