| Megalegalegalegadingdong! ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Neoprene CL hose routing I have done my best to search through previous threads (Honest!) to see if I'm not covering old ground here, if so I'm sorry and am happy to be redirected. I'm new to the Meg and have got the scrummy neoprene counterlungs. Problem is they don't have anything on them to help route hoses down the chest area. Anyone else out there found the same problem - and if so what did they do to solve it. any photos would be appreciated, Regards, Nick

| Silent diver ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Neoprene CL hose routing Hi, I have used a plastic spiral that normally used in the electric wirings, to arrange all the hoses from 1st stage to high part of canister. I have attached two small elastic on each of counterlungs to drive the manometers. Best regards Aldo ![]()

| Earning the green stuff.. Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Neoprene CL hose routing I have done something similar to JohhnyB.... and added a step. I make a hose guide from a flat piece of ballistic nylon with velcro on the edges. It fits on the back between the CCR and wing. lets me pull the hoses up and then enclose them in the ends of the sheet - holds the hoses together and keeps them pulled in tight againts the wing/tanks. Should be able to do something similar with the shoulder straps - make a hose guide that wraps around the strap to "pull" things together.

| Re: Neoprene CL hose routing Two words - Ford Flow! ![]() On the diluent side I have the ADV hose coming through the wing and over my shoulder (inside the loop). I then have one inflator hose coming off the diluent regulator to a Y block (M&J Engineering) that gives me a port for wing inflation and a port for drysuit inflation. The inflator lines do not pass through the wing. On the Oxygen side, a single feed line comes through the wing to another Y block. One port goes to the manual injector and the other goes to the solenoid, via an isolator valve (like the DIV). That way if I lose the solenoid I can isolate it and still have the manual O2 button. This one passes through the D-ring on my right shoulder so it lays right under the counter-lung. Brian

I've bodged together a solution using mountain bike inner tubes and some old neoprene hose covers I had on my inspiration. But I like the look of your gadget. Where did you get them from? Also I'm still waiting to find out about buying and shipping some 3 litre cylinders to the Ukraine. I'm still waiting on one person to call me whether they can do it or not, but silence speaks volumes . Any idea how much you could get some to me for ?Many thanks, Nick

Its a friend of mine who made them for me, i think i should be able to have some made for you and i would guess the price he would ask would be something like 20us +shipping.Quote: (Originally Posted by nmanfield) Also I'm still waiting to find out about buying and shipping some 3 litre cylinders to the Ukraine.
