Yes, except I have tried to use the webbing for the top section in the past but found that it is not as friendly to put on u/w since you have to slot the tank thru a webbing opening that could be pressed down by the inflated wing/body -- whereas you could pull and stretch the bungie looop a lot easier to guide the tank thru.Things that might look slick on land might not work as reliably while u/w, so make sure to try all new configurations on easy shallow dives so you know that you could handle them in bigger dives... ![]() |
