No big rush.. Its going to take a while to do the manual..

Our manuals consist of 6 chapters, 4 of them are mostly the same for all CCRs with some model specific updates (I have already completed this) and photos to show off the unit.. So once I choose the photos I like these chapters will be formatted for print..

I just started the 2 unit specific chapters, I dont expect it to take less than a month so My target to publish it is June 1 ...

I like to have 1 full size "action" shot, at the end each chapter, and a few shots showing people doing specific tasks when its discussed in the text, like checking the po2, buddy checks, ect, to reinforce the txt..

The balance is tricky, you want to photos to enhance the text, but too many takes away from the information presented..

the color photos raise the cost to produce the manuals dramatically, but it adds so much to the student perception and experience..

Hi Joe,

If you need some photos of a Meg in a cave, I have quite a big bunch of them (Mexico and Thailand). Anything more specific?

Not really.. Its jsut an aesthetic thing.. I just want to put some good looking photos that show the meg in action.. If I can get a few shots of specific "skills" in action all the better..
All I really want is to make it interesting for the reader and get the photographers a bit of exposure..
