Have any of you tried this?

I am thinking about getting a BOV for my Meg and I wonder if this one has been used by any of you guys? It looks really nice...have you seen it in real life and does it even fit the Meg?
I could not make out much by their info regarding hose-sizes
Check it out on http://blackgear.net/index_2.html

Appropriate for hoses like Cooper HC215 24-20 with inside diameter 38,1mm/1.5inch

Measure the hose diameter, if there different you could send them an e-mail.

Re: Have any of you tried this?

hi ya peter can you please tell me what is different from the NEMOTEC dsv? apart from your using differant mushroom valves have you over come the problem with using the second stage valve in the housing you have? mainly over breathing the valve unseats the valve arm.
if you have fixed this problem with the nemo design I'm sorry for the question
kindest regards john routley

Peter,

Me old munch. Great to see you here at Rebreather World.
Is there any chance you could give us all here a run down on your valve?
It would be really nice to see how it functions, build quality etc. Would also help your sales if it is as good as I hope it is.

Brent.

Re: Have any of you tried this?

guys,
thanks for your interest! unfortunately I look at the Rebreather-world at night, when I´m at home, but I´ll answer the request tomorrow and will see , how I can manage to wire the pictures to the site - where you can studie the difference.
@ at narked at 90:

I´m not sure if I understand what it means: ....over breathing the valve...., - can you explane it to me?
thanks,
kind regards,
peter
