I like the purple canister, nice touch and it reflects the diver and her tastes. However, I am a guy and I like the Olive Green Canister and it would be cool if it matched the backplate! I like the Mark Meadows plate- but I can see needing a lot of weight if you were diving dry a lot. Is there any differences for the MEG and cave diving? I noticed the cap said- “ISC Cave Meg.” Great report. Regards, Andrew |

Regards, Andrew i believe the Cave Meg is AKA the Movie meg - which was a special production run done for the film the Cave - it has a smaller Can and uses extend air cartridges - which were needed to rapid changes tied in with the filming i believe. Thats my travel rig and it wieghs next to nothing, in the UK though i need it with more weight due to the dry suit and so I dive it with a Stainless Steel Backplate - one of these bad boys ![]() |
