My Meg performed without any problem and I was very pleased to see the performance of the axial scrubber on a 150 metre dive. The Work Of Breathing is still excellent at depth and CO2 wasn't a concern even during exertion. I also tried my sidemount configuration (mainly inspired by the Armadillo CCR Sidemount): No tank on the back. One 7L O2 tank and one 7L Trimix tank sidemounted: - Very comfortable underwater - Good trim and balance - Easy to move and remove underwater - Good OC bailout option The only problem I got was during the pre-dive phase, when I had to connect everything, kit up and stand up on a very unstable long-tail boat. Nothing is perfect on this world!! Happy New Year

Or is there a streamlining benefit that helps move the rig through the water? The sidemounted tanks are clearly more streamlined as the valves are located under your armpits and the tanks really along your body. They are also easier to move underwater: just unclip the bottom clip and the tanks are just attached with a bungee cord on the valve, so easier to go through a restriction. Cheers
