That's a sweet rig! I like that a lot - suprisingly compact for a twin rig.

I like the way that you have one OTS counterlung per loop and one lung "stowed" along your side - that'll keep the WOBs the same for both loops. I'm assuming that you're running a little O2 per loop, and the dil is common from the sidemounted cylinder?

I had a similar idea with 2x KISSs but never had enough spare cash to get the design off the ground.

Re: Deep dive bailout options. - Multi Meg Question

Steve,

Now that you have shared a "few" pics with your Multi Meg....

Can we convince you to share a few more and a some details in a seperate thread?

I am very interested in how you have routed things like CLs displays and are handling gas supply to each...

Cool toy....

Re: The Multi Meg

Sweeet as Steve.

Do you carry a small side slung of dil and O2 just in case you get a first stage failure on either?

Re: The Multi Meg

Thanks for the encouraging words. Let’s get a couple of things clear up front. This isn’t all my kit and it was designed with deep use in mind. It is pretty good to swim around in but it just inst required for ‘normal’ dives. Bailout down to about 100m is easy to manage and to go past that depth (round number chosen for simplicity) you need to think about other options. I’d guess this is why Wiz started the thread this one was spun off from.

My aim is to get it a bit narrower by replacing the Tiger gear with g snaps and rotating the tanks forward a bit. It is about 10cm wider than my shoulders at present

You have worked out the setup exactly Padowan. Both O2 tanks can be accesses by either loop or another diver. Both loops are running off one dil tank here but it is very easy to take multiple dil tanks.

Best of all it pulls apart in about 10 min.
