Happy with ISC customer service

Hi all,

I recently sent my electronics back to the factory as I had a primary display problem.

I just want to say that I'm extremely happy with the customer service provided by ISC. Even if I sent the electronics from Thailand to the US, the all process was very fast and at a minimal cost.
Leon and Steve were really helpful and I even got a software upgrade for free!

It's so good to be satisfied with a diving a diving equipment manufacturer...

I got the APECS 2.01a version. Did you expect a 3.0 version???

Kind of. I was wondering if the 3.0 was out yet? I phoned Leon the other day but we did not talk about software.
