I had a minor issue with my COPIS II; likely caused by...myself

Anyway; I had to order some stuff from ISC anyways; and Jerry replaced my "issue" under warranty...better yet from time I inquired about it until receipt was 5 days...and I live in Hawaii! Impressed.

Service is always the best advertising, and the ISC guys are great !!!
