| Ladies bring a plate ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Shearwater HUD Mounting I am using the original DSV for a while and would love to hear how others have mounted the Shearwater HUD bracket to the DSV. It was a snap on the Jetsam DSV but my poor head is struggling to come up with a solid system with the standard DSV. Help please.

| Re: Shearwater HUD Mounting You should be able to just use the standard Meg bracket. A couple of wraps of plastic tape and your in business. Bruce

| Re: Shearwater HUD Mounting I have used black duct tape, it held for about a year, and most recently have used black electrical tape, it also seems to be working just fine. I wrap it around just enough times to make it wedge snugly in the standard meg DSV/HUD mount. At first I was worried that it would not be stable enough but it's turned out to be nice to be able to easily change the angle and even easily remove it... check out the "shearwater HUD in pea soup viz" youtube thread I put together. It's kind of a joke but...
