I have seached but can't find the thread discussing the pros & cons of the addition of O2 on the inhalation side.
Any thoughts?

Ever Mix Nitrox? Well its done in a second.
It has been talked about a lot, but shouldn't be an issue.

According to Leon the pluses are

If you suspect some one is going hypoxic and drifting away from you then one hit of the o2 button will give them a good dose of o2 to bring them around.

Can't remember the others will dig up my notes - the only down side is if you hold the o2 button down you are going to Tox ohh maybe a whole second quicker than you would if it was on the exhale side.

I'll add one...on a hard surface swim, with massive current the O2 add button is easy to access and nice to have. I was using it yesterday when I was being pounded by surface waves trying to get to a down line.
