![]() | Scrubber times I know there are a lot of variables involved but on average, in warm water (70° water) around 250ffw, without pushing the envelope, what kind of times are people getting out of the 5.5lb canisters/scrubbers in the Megs? |

Well I don't dive in 70 Degree water, I wish that I do. In 45 degree over here we get 3 hrs in average without pushing it. Al

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Scrubber times I second Mem's statement and will add 4 hours in the springs in 72 degree water, although it was no where near 200 feet of anything. ![]()

![]() | Re: Scrubber times Here in northest of Brazil the water was about 27o Celcius and using Atrasorb Subaquática (like Spherasorb), I put 05 (five) hours on std axial scrubber without pushing it. On deep dives I always use fresh sorb. cheers,

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Scrubber times I have an axial scrubber and typically dive in water that's 16-24 degrees C (I don't know what that is in heritage units). I tend not to push it beyond 4 hours, if only because I chuck out the scrubber at the end of a dive day for simplicity. I tend to do 3-4 hours diving on each of the days of a 2-3 day weekend. I take plastic bags each with ample scrubber for one day. If I'm doing big dives, then I start each dive with a clean scrubber fill, even if yesterday's dive was only 2 hours. One day one fill, or one big dive one fill. Keep it simple: it reduces the chances of a blonde moment. |
