![]() ![]() | How to disassemble Meg ADV?? After reading a couple of posts about checking the spring on the ADV schrader valve I though I should investigate mine in advance in case I had to change it at a less opportune moment. I'm fairly mechanically adept, but I can't see how to get thru the delrin bits down to the valve. Taking it out of the lung, the only access point seems to be the screw attaching the plunger base to the plunger rod. However, I suspect this won't help me get to the valve and I've got a couple of dives in the next few days so I'm trying to avoid "trial and error" so as not to put the unit out of action. Could someone please shed some light? Thanks, Owen |
