No pictures of the APECS 3 controller as it was just a prototype but let me say it was very impressive. It will be removeable via a wet connection for use as a stand alone dive computer or for ease of downloading information. Here are a couple pics of the new radial (not the final design), the mini radial (pre assembly) and the extended can to hold the full sized radial with the original spacer for a water trap. The radial scrubber is HEAVY DUTY. Very nice construction, is filled by removing the bottom and will have a handel on the top to lift it on the final version. Hello mate, 8 pound radial scrubber with mini Meg in the background. ![]() Mini radial screen, just removed from the shipping box, the full sized radial screen is on the left ![]() The extended can is several inches taller then the standard Meg can and will allow you to use the original spacer with the radial scrubber. ![]() thanks for the pictures. very interesting indeed! especially if is coming from Leon & group. am interested in your backplate though... ![]() any info please? Thanks.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: NEW Radial & Hardwired Shearwater Pursuit on Meg. Thanks for the pics... The lid? You mean for the scrubber?Would you have something on the lid? Pic or description of the system Rgds, Yann. The bottom of the scrubber is removeable by rotating about 1/4 turn, it's held in place with 4 tabs. Once it's removed there is a spring loaded ring attached to the inside of the lid that helps in keeping the scrubber packed tight. There are no kidney shaped holes to pour the sorb through it's completely open which will make packing much easier and seeing that it's filled from the bottom the inner tube is already capped so no worries about sorb entering there. It appears to be a solid unit, well built and like the Meg it self is heavy duty. I don't think dropping it during packing would cause any damage. Leon said that the first 200 orders were going for $880 but the first 200 the price is going up. He's planning on having all the new stuff on display at the Beneath The Sea dive show coming up shortly so keep an eye out, I'm sure there will be more pictures of everything after the show.

Hey Scott, i was talking about the backplate shown in the picteres you have provided. i've tried the golem one which looks like it, but was a bit difficult (very difficult actually) to screw. a friend said jocklingly you need to be a "humback" to be able to fit on that... Thanks.

Just out of curiosity: Is the extended can imperative to use the ISC radial or will there be a smaller spacer available for the standard can? I haven't received mine yet but I believe you will lose the spacer below the scrubber so you will have less water trap. The extended can allows you to keep the spacer and moisture pads.Greets Dirk
