Well I did it...

My hands are still trembling from writing that check (that could have bought me a car), but I just sent Jim Holt my payment for a COPIS II Meg. Training will commence once the unit arrives in Kona and Jim and I work out a schedule...I am stoked beyond all believe...yay! I'll post a full report once I complete my training.

Yeah Sherm,
After you're up to speed on your unit (give it months) we can start doing some good exploration dives. Too bad Jo just doesn't see the light.

Matt and Darrin will also be getting their units within the next 2 months.

Very cool! Congrats on the purchase of your new COPIS II Meg. The check writing will get easier- trust me! Now that you've got the big check out of the way you'll hardly even bat an eye when you pull out the check book for the VR3/Shearwater, 4th cell CL set, radial scrubber, etc...

Re: Well I did it...

You won't regret the purchase, trust me. It's kind of weird at first, but I won't be diving OC again, voluntarilly.

Re: Well I did it...

Congratulations, as other mention you won't regret it. When you get comfortable with the unit, you ask yourself why you haven't bought one sooner.

Cheers

Al
