![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My first Copis subterranean dive Yesterday, my firts Copis use for a push dive in a cave (south of France). A 195min dive with underwater digging (20 min to pass a restriction) relining, surveying and looking for a way, but without success. Interesting use of the Meg as a mccr. Good for multi-level dives not to spare too much O2.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: My first Copis subterranean dive Hello Stéphane, I didn't give up the electronic use. I keep it for sea and lake dives, and also for wide springs. But for bottom-caves dives (sumps after a walk - or a creep- inside a cave), I am thinking in using Copis (need another head and another regulator). Easier to protect (less thinks to break during the outside carriage), less to look at (only one handsed, no hud - but it could be useful), and easy to drive when shallow, up and down profiles (less o2 wasted). I like Meg, quite a "2 in 1" rebreather. Cheers, Frank

Going to France to visit my parents on Friday and until January 2nd, they live in Manosque where we're from (Dabisse, Les Mées, exactly). While I won't dive I'd love to meet up with local Rebreather divers and chat about diving in France. Let me know if you're nearby. Erik Last edited by edasque : 17th December 2007 at 14:51. |
