Meg set up.

Hello guys,

After looking at other set ups I figure I show you mine.

I use a movie meg with a home-made aluminum stand and 10lb. weight system. (10lb. of my waist)
Harness has 3lb.weights for trim and two disconnects which allows me to fish the straps thru the counter-lungs. (very close fit)
Suit inflation bottle gets mounted in the bottom of the cage with lift-bags and all the other toys.

Please comment.

Looks pretty tight! What's that whitish object in the base of the stand with the argon bottle? (Very cool stand, btw!)

Re: Meg set up.

Ever consider de-inverting your bottles?

Your stand and inflation bottle on the bottom might make you butt heavy.

Is that a 60lb OMS wing? A 30 or 40 lb should be sufficient.

Hi Nailer99
It's a piece of foam. It offsets the weight of the stand and the argon bottle.

Hi Gilles.

What are the benefits of de-inverting the bottles?

The stand weighs less than 5lb. and the rest of my weights are at chest high so it's not a problem.

The OMS wing is what I used on my OC set up. I don't mind the extra lift capacity. Plus tying the top of the wing gives me extra lift.
