![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Meg travel After some hassles of various kinds involving the weight and visual appearance of Pelican cases, I switched to plain Samsonite "Oyster" hardshells and foam pads. Three years on...no hassles, no damages, and no problems. |

Many options make this case adaptable to most applications. Ideal protection for instrumentation, sales presentation packages, test equipment, photographic equipment, guns and other delicate equipment * Tough ABS construction withstands 7 foot drop to concrete * Padded fold-down ABS handle * Strong ABS snap latches * Optional user configurable pluck foam filling or instrument panel mounting ring * Full length hinge, padlock loops and two front latches secure contents * Pressure equalization valve allows easy opening after altitude or temperature change * Interlocks in stacks with same or mixed sizes This is what I use. I carry it on. It's within legal limits in the US. Fits everything except the loop hoses and the tanks. Last edited by mverick : 14th February 2006 at 17:59. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Meg travel Why does everybody use watertight cases? Seems overkill to me. I don't have a rebreather, but I carry around all my scuba junk in this: http://www.containerstore.com/browse...1&PRODID=62806 Conforms to airline luggage sizes, and is pretty durable. |

My dog needed a swimmin pool for summer and he loves it. http://www.containerstore.com/browse...1&PRODID=62806 Conforms to airline luggage sizes, and is pretty durable. It is tough too. He's pretty rough. It hilarious to watch.. LOL.... I wanted a tough carry on. I use them for Camera gear also with foam. It just happened to fit a meg also. |
