| ~~~~~ #417 ~~~~~ Current Rebreather/s: | Re: BMCL for a Meg Leon had that composite scrubber at the Dive 2007, looks pretty good and oughta solve the weight issue. The plastic can weighs 6lbs less than the aluminum. It's not a whopping change but it *is* something. One plus is that the temp has been found to be a good bit warmer with less condensation as a byproduct. New cans will be available "Soon". No info on production, though. ![]() Info came from one of the horses.

| Go Nude Or Go Home Current Rebreather/s: | Re: BMCL for a Meg After crawling through some small holes in a wreck last week, it has reknewed my interest for BMCL for my Meg. What options are out there that still have a working ADV. Hey JohnI would prefer something along the DaveT lungs that I have seen DrMike(and Phi??) with or some other design without a hard case but am open to options... I think simply turning around the lungs doesn't seem viable for manual addition of gases or the ADV but correct me if I am wrong... Cheers Is this the sort of thing you are chasing ? Scott had a good start to this project, though I am not sure how much further it got from posing in his living room Scott Torborg Cheers Chriso

I have never seen a Meg lung that is lined. Sure, all 3 types have a boned liner as a part of the manufacturing process (material not ISC) butI haven't neen a seperate liner. Mike would know though ![]() Sorry, i can't provide the pics I promised. They weren't on the backup drive that survived my break in.
