Yet another Apecs 2.01x checklist

The local BSAC dive club I use likes to follow procedure (i.e. logging of tank pressures before and after dive), whether it makes sense or not for Rebreather. So, in my effort in creating a little bit of purpose behind their process, I have created the following form to fill in every time I or other RB participates in this club.

Reference is made to the official ISC checklist, but streamlined without too much compromise to its thoroughness. I have structured it into 2 main parts. One being the at home assembly, and the 2nd just before jumping in with "buddy check" items highlighted.

There's a mV table so one can check and log the cell linearity.

Appreciate any thoughts and constructive critique .
