Thumbs up Fantastic ISC customer service for my Megalodon

Hi Rebreather World

Earlier I posted a question on Rebreather World regarding experiencing some problems with my CL for my Meg having excessive volume (see post link below). A member on RBW informed me that Leon at ISC had modified her CL's and she was very happy with the result.

So I contacted ISC and got in touch with General Manager, Jerry Whatley. All my emails was answers quickly and I was informed that Leon had done this before and it was no charge except for shipping. Leon was out of the office on a trip, but would be back July 18. I quickly send my CL by Fedex, and they arrived at the factory July 18. This morning (July 19.) i received an email informing me that they were finished with the modification and that they will be shipped July 19. NICE! This is great news to me because I am leaving for a five day dive trip to Norway at the end of this month and there is a good change I will get my CL back (unless Fedex gets lost on the way to Denmark ;-)

It is very reassuring to know that I can get superb and fast customer service even though I live in the cold north far away from the Rebreather manufacturer.

I will post pictures of the modification in the original post below, when i get my CL back, for those interested.

Thanks for sharing Christian! I have my Meg on order and Jerry has been very accomodating with my order as well. It's reassuring to see ISC is serious about their business.

Hello,

Same here. 2 of my friends and I have our Meg since late April. We decided to order a few spare parts for the 3 of us. Jerry has answered our e-mails even on a Sunday afternoon. And so far all other e-mails have been answered very fast. Great service.

I haven't needed to use ISC's services yet, but I'm sure at some point I will need to.

But its good to know that they are there fo rme without any fuss, should I need them.

In the UK, Dennis Vessey has a service facility so he would be my first port of call.

another vote for ISC and Jerry you rock!!! had a little issue, so Jerry the GM is going to get up at 3am today to drive 3 hours north to bring me what i need to fix the issue. Wow now thats customer service. way to go ISC and GM Jerry!!

I can't say enough good things about the ISC crew. I've exchanged e-mails with Jerry and he's always been prompt and helpful.

Recently, I had the chance to stop by the Hatchery and was delighted to be given a tour of the operation. The care and consideration they put into each meg was amazing.

Wonderful people.
Thanks to all of the fine people I met.
