Calibration after battery change

Hello

I have changed the prim battery on my meg today, as it my first time I have done it I have a question.
Do I need to recalibrate the cells after the change ?
I will probably do it before the first dive tomorrow anyway, but do some on now if it hold the data when doing this

When you turn the switch off the power to computer is completely isolated so it should make no difference whether your shut off and remove the batteries. The calibration is not dependant on battery voltage only cell voltage.
