To buy or not to buy?

If one were to make an enquiry to buy "Two" new all complete bells and whistle rebreathers, should one expect a reply to ones E-mail?

Maybe they are selling too many and "Two" is just small fry?

Maybe we just build our own?

Leon should give me commission if you and Andy bought 2 units...

Re: To buy or not to buy?

So they don't reply to you when you want to buy one (two)? Wow. Got to wonder how quickly they'd be coming back to you if you got one and then had a problem with it (them).

Re: To buy or not to buy?

Call them, they state on the website that email is not their forte and if you have a problem with your unit you would call them too and they would fix it sharpish!!

Re: To buy or not to buy?

If they are not going to answer the emails they should remove that option from the site, by the sounds of it all it's doing is damaging there reputation

Re: To buy or not to buy?

To be fair, I posted my unhappiness on this forum and now that I have had a reply, feel it only fair to post that fact too. Nice to know that this Forum and Rebreather World in particular, carries a fair bit of weight.I trust that RBW remains a ''run by divers for divers"site.

Now I am not suggesting that it was as a result of posting here that I got a reply rather that it was interesting to note that it was mentioned in the reply.

I am sure that if ISC has their act together the issue of e-mails will be adressed shortly.

To my mate Phi,,,don't spend your comm just yet...
