See, what you have here is a photo of the first prototype of the car top Yakima "aerodynamic" container for use with your ski racks and camping gear. Perhaps the early designers felt hydrodynamic performance would be a good indicator for future aerodynamic efficiency. Not sure why they mounted in backward on the diver. Perhaps he swam in reverse so his head would not affect the water flow. |
