Secondary Calibration

Does anyone have the documented calibration procedure for the older analog secondary? This is the secondary that has the rotating knob to select cell 1, 2, 3, + , - battery settings.

I would appreciate a link or PM.

Thanks

Re: Secondary Calibration

It's easy...

Remove the back (it's an O-Ring threaded cap). You might need channel-lock pliers to get a grip on it.

You'll find the cal pots there under it.

Flush the loop with 02 until you're sick of flushing.....

Set the switch to read cell 1, and calibrate using the cell 1 potentiometer. Use a trimming screwdriver, available at Radio-Shack, made of plastic, not a metal screwdriver (static charge can cause an unreliable cal if you use metal). You *can* use a metal screwdriver if you have to do this in the field, but...

Reset the switch to cell 2 and re-do, and cell 3 as well.

Light grease on the O-Ring of the cover and screw it back on.

Ask something hard (like how to calibrate a REV-G analog pod to 1.2 PP02 ) !
